Wow! Unbelievable! Exciting! Breathtaking! The Summer Solstice Parade in Santa Barbara takes you by the hand and leads you through a path of adventure that not only keeps you enticed to see every new artist that passes by but keeps you yearning for something more exciting with every different drum beat. As I watched, I was in awe not only because of the risque costumes but also because of the mixture of generations expressing themselves together in this wonderful way. Grandparents with their grandchildren, young adults, families, and people of all ages were expressing themselves in front of thousands and the colors were brilliant.
