Continuing with our Lakes theme, we thought we’d show you a shot from Winter to remind you to bring your chains when driving to Tahoe. The skiing is great but without chains you’re not going anywhere and we all know Winter’s coming.

Where are you gonna be?

The amazing thing about California is that it has some of the best skiing in the world within 3 hours drive but there’s no snow off the Mountain.

I remember when I first arrived, I drove to lake Tahoe for some amazing skiing in the evening, went gambling in Tahoe at night and then drove back to San Francisco the following afternoon to go for a stroll on the beach. Then, it was off to some wine tasting at night – amazing!
